Whoever it is there must be accountability for the “children” when they do make mistakes, like false starts, helmets coming off, holding ( because you got beat), not knowing the route, fumbles,etc.

i had a baseball coach who would call these things mental errors. No matter if we won or lost, if your name appeared on the mental error list, you paid for it with a sprint around the bases after the game. We all learned to do the little things right real quick. Accountability.

It will take a while to rebuild the mentality.  Once it flips and it comes from within, then I think you have it.  It took us like 1.5 years to undo it.

Me either, but he has a great offensive mind. I would take a shot on him as a HC, but he has no experience there.

Sean Gleeson would be a good fit. Runs a good offense that I think would work here. He got a look at OC before they went with Bell. Not one of Charlie's better moves.
