He topped my list last time. He lacked the experience to succeed here I was told. He’d be on my list again but I’m not sure where I would position him at this point. I’ll have to see who we would have a legitimate shot at picking up and then go from there.

Have to believe with where we are as a program, he'd be right up there. At least you figure he would have loyalty if he does succeed and not jump ship.

Should have gotten Butch Davis last time. His FIU team just embarrassed Miami. He knows how to recruit FL. And... he would've been cheap.

I liked the Butch Davis option during both openings.  Not sure about now though.  Also, I am not sure we are an upgrade from FIU anymore.

Whoever they hire better turn around the culture, work ethic and accountability, because all 3 under Chuckles have been in the toilet.

I was thinking...  Remember it took Willie like 3 years.  The slightest sign of adversity and we were toast.  Then we would win no matter what.  That's what the 7-0 team last year finally lost.  Now you know that big fumble is coming in the 4th.  Then it's epic meltdown when we get down a couple scores.  

Now I'm watching guys literally stand there while a dude runs by for a TD.  

Anyway, I think a mentality change would pay huge dividends.  Probably need an O line to teleport through the portal though and Stephen Nicholas back at LB.

With all of his connections, it wouldn’t surprise me if Kelly hires someone out of the ACC
