I have been a fan of USF basketball since I decided to attend. That would be since 1980.

When it comes to Men’s BB is “I won’t get sucked in”. In other words, I don’t pay any attention to pre-season hype and don’t get excited until we actually win games against teams with a pulse.

i will be entertained, root, support and watch every game. I just won’t get sucked in to develop expectations.

I don't go into any USF athletic season with many, if any, expectations .......... only hopes.

He has to be extra frustrated today. They did not play at all like the personality they developed last year. Selfish play by DC and Q. Didn’t defend very well. Got outhustled at times. That’s not the culture BG has developed.

30 years for me also, did not bother watching the second half, losing Yetna made me pull the plug on the season, there is always next year, hate having to say that this early for hoops but apathy has replaced anger and does make the losses much easier to deal with.
