Try making the numbers slightly slanted. Also, the shoulders are missing a little something....hmmm......maybe the shield logo on the side of the sleeves, with numbers on top of the shoulders?

Still liking the white helmets.  I think it makes the "U" jump off.  It just doesn't stand out quite as much on the gold.
