With the real Usf and real bUlls logos, and slightly smaller lettering,  I think this would be faaaaaaaaaaaaaan-tastic. ANNNNND, it would sell merchandise.

Now, if 2 schmuck fans (my brother and I) can come up with this in about 8 hours of brainstorming, why cant the athletic dept come up with something in 3 years?
