Going with Tex Mex. The natural thing for Dallas to me would be steaks.  But with the number of people we have plus using plastic utensils makes steaks a tough go.  Fajitas, Tacos, Mexican Rich, Sopapilla cheesecake and more.

I'm looking for Friday since it will be my last full week of work. Going part time next week and only working 3 days a week until I turn that alarm clock off permanently next June.

That is awesome! I got about 6 or 7 years before I can start collecting retirement. And when that happens, should be traveling to just about all the games. Happy for you!
