Why can’t USF recruit a quality Freshman QB like the one at Boise State?

The RB for Marshall was a 4 star QB from Frostproof. Did we not recruit him?

Half of Marshall's RBs are from Florida. The only guy on their roster who's from Frostproof is their TE, Gaines. And yes, we did offer him back then when he was a QB. We signed Oladokun that year.

If they're high 3-4 star kids and they go to Marshall it's probably grades. Marshall takes a non qualifiers and has a history of working the grey area when it comes comes to grades. This is why in recruiting circles you know when a very takented kid has grade problems when all of a sudden Marshall pops up in his recruitment with names that aren't the same quality.

Don't they have a JuCo or something like that that is basically attached to the school?
