This is tough to see. We may have seen Sawtelle’s last game as a Bull early last season.

Yes, neck injuries are no joke.  Once again it feels like we have no LBs.  Hopefully a few of the new guys step up or it will be a long night vs the Badgers.  Need to make these guys throw the ball in predictable throwing downs

Did we ever learn exactly what the injury is? Neck injury isn't very specific.

That's a tough one all the work in preparing for this season and rehab.  Hope he stays strong and cultivates a leader for USF.  Hope Auggie being back has helped too.

If it's serious enough to possibly be the end of his career, I'm guessing sharing any specifics are up to Sawtelle and how much he wants to put out there.
