Yeah. If Harlan did that poison us before he left, we should pursue immediate relief to the fullest extent of the law. Also, a public universoty's buyout clause with an employee should be a matter of public record.

the buyout is cheap right now-- but goes up dramatically after the new prices kick in very soon. That is why most of us were begging them to cut our losses NOW before they became ridiculously expensive.

That's been disputed in the press and some "insiders here.

But nobody actually knows because the Alumni Foundation is paying CCS.
