He's done a fine job imo. I think the biggest complaint against him has been his red zone play calling. 

I think the defense has been by far the Achilles heel. We need to build some depth at LB.

If we can fix issues past midfield then I will gladly eat crow on some of the harsh criticism I’ve had. Our offense by the numbers looks more than great.  With how good these numbers look I can’t help but feel that they can be quite a bit better from what I’ve seen game to game. Either way, let’s win

Good perspective, thanks op.  Red zone definitely an issue...need more short passing routes to get Wilcox or even Cronkrite/Ford involved.
