For those that don’t think a lot of the offensive woes fall on Gilbert I hope you’re watching the Bucs game. The Bucs’ offensive line looks atrocious (sound familiar?) yet the two touchdowns they’ve scored came from red zone passes. As bad as they look every whereelse, they’re finding a way to score in the red zone because they’re being creative. I fully get that this is NFL compared to college but there are plenty of college teams that figure out how to get the ball past the goal line when they get in the area. When our coordinator can put down his pride and adapt to his players, we might get somewhere. This isn’t a post about defense, yes I know there are plenty of concerns there, too.
