Rib are suppose to have a slight pull I've heard and not fall off the bone but I always cook them too long and the bones slide out.

I've been using spare ribs lately and, since they're a little more fatty and not quite as quality meat, I'm ok with how tender they are. Once I make the move to baby back, I'll adjust accordingly.

Probably work on perfecting my recipe for ribs. And I don't care what you smoker people do, I've been slow cooking them in my oven for 4 1/2 hours before finishing them on the grill and they're ******

Roommate is moving out, so my weekend will consist of moving my stuff to the master bedroom, cleaning, and trying to catch whatever college football games I can.
