It does somewhat when you have only run 46 plays.  The TD was an 80 yard run. He's averaging under 3.5 the rest of the night.

Originally, it was T(ouchdown) A(fter) INT... not a pick-6, but, pick and deep ball... I don't think that it's always used quite right, but, the gist is the same... defense contributing to a TD.
