I can understand a USF 1st mentality. I just believe blocking a qualified school b/c you cant handle competition is kind of "a girly move". I have another term I rather use, but dont want to offend. Truth be told, yes, Im a Gator alum and fan. But the reason I became a USF fan was b/c of the journey and how cool the fans were.  I stopped watching the Gators was b/c of their fan's arrogance and sense of entitlement. I also didnt like how they never gave CCS a chance. Now what Im starting to see is a sense of entitlement with USF fans. No matter how well the football team does, there is always somebody finding a negative in it. We have 2 back to back 10 win seasons, and this team is still getting a crapload of negative comments and pessimism. CJL is gone, Taggart left us, UCF had the undefeated season we should have had and many people need to get over it and be happy with where we are at now. Being happy with your team does not mean you cant also have higher expectations.

Puc86 and I just want to make USF BCS again, you cannot be divided between two identities like GatorBull.

Not divided just have love for the football team to the school I graduated from and showing more love to USF than you and PUC. Like i said, I love USF's journey.

lol Your point is made. No more rebuttals from me. All I have to say is that I am a football fan first my friend. That is why we are all here period. Wishing away an opponent kind of defeats the purpose of enjoying a "competition".  Thats equivalent to a boxer who is dodging another qualified contender b/c he is scared of losing to him.
