Good for him. I now find myself pulling for him harder than before. Have to like the character he is displaying by battling adversity and finishing what he started and although it would have been better had this stayed in-house and he not make his desire to leave public until he was 100% sure of his decision but he's young and will hopefully use it as a learning experience in the future. Glad he's sticking around.

what is the adversity in this situation?  not being given a starting spot?
