Bigplay5 @AntonioGrierjr5 8h8 hours ago I am graduating early and will be continuing my journey at the University Of South Florida. I will be signing Friday at 7:45am. #Go bulls #BullStrong

I know of nobody else who will sign early. The remaining USF verbals are scheduled to sign with us in February, unless they change their minds. We may still have a couple of scholarships left to give out. The great thing this year is that we don't have to worry about losing any of the players who have already signed, and Roland who will sign on Friday. We now know what we have banked and can just concentrate on what we still need. Thanks Mama. Any idea of who the Feb verbals are (or at least the number we have)? This is the new signing day, and if you don't sign, then you are gambling that a slot will be available. If you are a mid tier or lower tier recruit, you are taking a huge risk if you don't sign. Upper tier recruits can still wait and have leverage, because a spot will be found for them.

However, we did pick up a UL verbal in WR Zion Roland . The two other verbals who we lost recently were not OL. We did lose one OL "prospect" we hoped to land, K. Horsey to UK. We still have two OL verbals from Ethan Watson and Brad Cecil who seem solid to USF. https://247sports.com/player/ethan-watson-83066 https://247sports.com/player/brad-cecil-93951 If possible, I think we will add at least one more OL in this class. Thanks Mama, I was referring to 3 graduating seniors from the OL.

If the school has accepted their commitment, why would they be taking a gamble, in most cases, waiting to sign in February?
