Couldn't the run the ball and spent the entire game behind the chains and in 3rd and long.

Heard a stat that we are 0-3 when Flowers throws for over 300 yards.

Amazing!

Every aspect of this team graded out as an F this week. This isn't a very good football team, but even by that standard played poorly.

Well, there is an overreaction.

On a positive note, QF threw it pretty well today. 23-38 325 yards. He seems to start many games by firing shorts passes 10 yards over everybody's head, then settles down. MVS 10 catches 186 yards, and 462 yards of total offense. They definitely need to be more creative as far as play calling, but it really came down to our failure to knock down that 4th & 24 pass. On to UConn.

QF did not throw it pretty well.  I mean, for him he did.  But he missed open receivers all over the field.  Let's be real.  Houston managed to keep him in the pocket for the most and dared him to win the game in the air.  And he was unable to.

Offense answered each time they needed to.

Defense didnt.

offense and defense, had either one played better we win. It was a team loss if there ever was one.

That was the game plan.  Make us throw the ball.  And it worked.

Well, that and a great game by the young QB they should have obviously used earlier in the season.

That's the blueprint for beating the Bulls.  Teams with similar athletes can really limit what we do.

I think everyone knew we needed a TD instead of a FG on that last score. Offense didn't deliver there. But yes, it was a total team loss. That I agree with.

Or you could accurately say the defense played a great first half and kept us in the game when our offense was mostly putrid.
