While we were getting all giddy about playing in January we are well on our way to not playing in December

Now the weather wasn't the best so maybe that had something to do with it....but for whatever reason today was one of his worst days in awhile...especially the first half.

Flowers scrambling so far this year also doesn't look quite as fast as last year also.

I think Willie had to win even if it meant increased risk to his players.  He had to win.  It seems Charlie is playing it safe with QF.  Willie let Q go.  Had he been injured and the record go to 7-5, Willie would have received more time.  I think Charlie is concerned about Q's shelf life.  Or Q is worried.  We're seeing a different Q for sure.  Q is a competitor.  I think he's about to take over.

Plays are 99% of our problem. Personnel is 1%.

Then we need to scrap those plays that call for passes a foot and a half over evrybody's heads, ones designed where the reciever is to drop the ball, and especially the ones that call for the oline to allow their dline to push into our backfield. I understand the ******** about playcalling in some games but that sounds ridiculous when you're in a game with supposedly vastly inferior talent.

Today's game was the way it was because the players, mostly on offense, didn't execute the way they should have PERIOD. Q had as bad an overall game throwing the ball today as he's had in a long while.

Again, the truth, from a trusted elder.

But I still think the plays do not fit the personnel.  That may be contibuting to the sub-par execution.

QF was never winning the Heisman.  All our dreams or aspirations are still attainable at this point.

NY6 isn't playoff, it's getting into one of the big bowls.

Yeah, jury is still out, but as I saw on some thread earlier, this team does not meet the eye test and I am extremely skeptical of our chances to play a January bowl game.

Yeah, lost track of the original dreams in the thread and I do disagree that the NY6 dream died today. Not sure how much of a hit it took but don't think it's dead .... WMU not beating USC helps keep it alive.
