When will Judy come out to defend the University? And let the world know that the judge comments about the University was unfair and insulting to the great students that represent USF. And demand an apology.

I don't think there's a need. CCS responded appropriately and the judge and this non-story has had enough attention ...

I demanded action from Judy, so it won't be long now.

Did you demand excellence also?

I was more disappointed with our program and the actions of the player when it came out the other day - however I'm also hoping he DID NOT commit said charges. I believe a judge typically has a credible voice (minus the 9th circuit court) in society and the love many of us have for our USF degree can never be understated, however I also feel she lobbed a grenade at Coach Strong that lacks some merit. EIther way, she better hope to God that the football player is truly guilty - because if this a Duke case all over again, she has literally trashed the football player's reputation with her narrative. If he's guilty, so be it and let him enjoy his time in prison. Coach Strong though just placed the entire team on notice.

Agreed.

My hope is this was not "buyers remorse" by a young lady who wanted more from him than he wanted from her, i.e. a relationship.  I'm still puzzled by her (judge) use of note cards to make her point.  I have spent countless hours in courtrooms all over this country and have never seen this before.

I still think there is a backstory here with her.  We shall see.

While your statement has some moral basis, I disagree. As the presiding Judge, she should have left her remarks and opinions ambiguous. She should have left the opinion of impartiality even if she isn't. All her statement states to me is "Basis for Appeal." I'm not even addressing her comments towards CCS as they are asinine at best and possibly grounds for a defamation suit at the worst. I'll let the learned Bulls on this board discuss the latter.

She was probably just the Judge for the first appearance, at least in my circuit typically the advisory judge is different from the judge that is assigned the case.

Why have you been arrested and arraigned so much?

Demanding excellence is more of a collective thing.

I was thinking JTrue may have some great influence all by himself, but I should have known better.

Just a tough life, you know the story.  The system failed me man!  Hahahahahaha.

I'm on the good side of the law.  During my time I've seen very few defendants "get off" for their crimes no matter how big or small the charge(s).  The overwhelming majority take a plea.  Law enforcement rarely misses.
