Labrum tear. Read about it here: http://www.tampabay.com/blogs/bulls/qa-usf-defensive-coordinator-brian-jean-mary/2314312

Depending on the extent of the tear, it's 4-6 weeks recovery if they don't have to go in. Then theirs still time needed to actually regain full range of motion and putting real weight and stress on the shoulder. I wish him a speedy recovery.

Lets see what Polk and Stanley can do!

Hate for Auggie to be injured but his spot is secure next season; the added reps for the young guys will be beneficial. Hope Auggie gets up to ful strength again soon. I had labrum, bicep and rotator cuff surgery in July. I'm still recovering from it. I hope Auggie has better luck than I'm having because my shoulder is all types of wack now. Just my two cents... He is two decades younger though. Young bucks heal quicker than us old people.

So being ready to go in August isn't too far fetched. Obviously health is the most important part but hopefully he can learn a new system in the classroom. Too much heavy bench pressing? Wear and tear I'm assuming after the first rotator cuff surgery I had while playing here/slinging water bottles to the starters. Too much heavy bench pressing? I was thinking throwing curveballs in little league at age 12.
