Yes, and in the interim weeks, Temple's offense has gotten just that much better. Since it's all on the whiteboard anyway, I'm assuming Temple would be sufficiently motivated to ensure the record is not 1-1. To sum it up: No, USF would not win the Hypothetical Bowl.

Depends on whether they show up and want to win or not. I think it's obvious that anything less than 100% for 60 minutes is NOT good enough.
