That's because we still have something to prove. Everyone knows USF's past at this point. I'd love to see us have more votes as well but we have to start out the season 3-0 to at least get some of the respect back.

It's the preseason calm down sir! This team could in implode for all we know, but boy what a season it could be. 

For the record during UCF's 12-1 season they got exactly 0 preseason votes.

Preseason votes are all anyone's guess anyway. Look how many votes Miami has! The fact that we have two and none of them were JK is interesting. That bei said I have no problem with the way he voted. Honestly that'll still put the fire in their belly to prove something. He's right though, go 3-0 into FSU and the ranking will be there. I actually think if that happens they will be "over ranked;" so it gives FSU another quality opponent perception wise.

Oh my head, I didn't expect any votes in the AP. JK was giving us high votes last year when no one else was, he will again once they prove it. He tweeted that if they start 3-0 they will be a play to enter the top25 and if they start 4-0, top 15. 

Remember how long it took for the AAC teams to make a move in the rankings? The same will happen here unless the 20-25 ranks are a revolving door.

I have no problem with that. 8 wins last year and return of a ton of talent but still have question marks. Without playing a down, this is more than I imagined we would be after about four games into last year. Go Bulls!

Everyone has to prove it, nobody has played a game yet.. On paper we have multiple players on national watch lists, I thought that it would translate to more votes
