If you haven't already, check out the front page video with Shaun. I already liked the guy, but he speaks very well and loves Tampa and the Bulls. He will do good things for us, shows a very keen mind. And if you listen closely enough, you can hear one of the reasons for the extra weight since the Bucs years.

That was a very good interview and I too like this guy. It seems he really missed the game and believes in accountability.
