Have to imagine locking it in on Saturday after Thanksgiving will make sure they pack the house, especially if that game has conference implications. Wasn't looking forward to a potential repeat of Thanksgiving in Orlando; that attendance was..... Interesting. I think USF outnumbered UCF. To be fair, they outnumbered us and given the situation actually showed up well. But we filled our visitor sections (and beyond) much better than they filled their sections for sure. Now...in the 4th Q I think I'd agree with your statement. Most of them bolted or were just hanging around to see if #80 would make another SC top 10 catch. Wasn't a slight towards them, but more towards having the game on Thanksgiving affecting the attendance. A lot of people from both fan bases couldn't make it due to that; I was able to due to most of my family not coming into town for thanksgiving or working at retail stores. Honestly looking forward to both USF and UCF being decent at the same time; the atmosphere is always intense, can you imagine if both teams are ranked and the division is on the line? Only if I also get to imagine inflicting epic shame on them for that scenario.

USF's coldest games are: Oct 22 @ Temple - Avg high in Philly on that date 65 degrees Nov 12 @ Memphis - Avg high in Memphis on that date 64 degrees Nov 19 @ SMU - Avg high in Dallas on that date 67 degrees Nov 15, 2014 in Dallas may have been the most miserable weather at a game I've attended. That was the QF first start and the game was played in a blowing mist at about 40 degrees. Woke up the next morning with snow on the car. So here's hoping the temps are closer to average this year. Nov 12 @ Memphis - Average low temperature in Memphis on that date is 44 degrees with o.19" of precipitation. Nov 19 @ SMU - Average low temperature in Dallas on that date is 45 degrees with 0.8" of precipitation. Any amount of continuous rain in 45 degree temperatures will effect the outcome of the game. It may not effect the first half but, after sitting during halftime and then coming out cold in the 3rd quarter, it begins to sink in. I hope we're prepared for the cold whether we have to play in it or not. Just my 2 cents as I'm familiar with those temperatures combined with rain and wind chill.
