Looking at the game book, there are no official chop blocks reported, but this might be the one: 

3-14 SU 28 2D-Dungey, E. pass intercepted by 2B-BYRD, Jamie at the SU47, 2B-BYRD, Jamie return 14 yards to the SU33 (57-Palmer, O.), PENALTY SU personal foul (57-Palmer, O.) 15 yards to the SU18, 1st and 10, USF ball on SU18, PENALTY SU personal foul (57-Palmer, O.) 9 yards to the SU9, 1st and 10, USF ball on SU9. 

I'd have to rewatch the game to make sure, but that looks like the one.

I have seen Flowers in interviews and he is a serious, humble and likeable so I am really rooting for him.  I think he is getting better and gaining confidence.  

The screens to the sidelines worked on Saturday, in part, on him throwing a little bit in front of the receiver so he is moving up field when he catches it (instead of flat-footed).  I think that is something that the coaches saw and worked on.  

They are no longer timid out there on offense and it is something I have seen building over the past couple of games.

I think 3 holds and a chop block.  Which is still way too many. However, unlike prior games we didn't just give up the series and punt. We actually scored on 3 of those drives. Amazing how much better you look when 2d and 17 isn't an automatic punting sequence.
