Yeah, I couldn't understand how they reversed that either. Looked like the definition of "not enough visual evidence to overturn", or however they put it.

@USFCollin: Hayden Moore has 323 yards passing in 2 quarters of relief of Gunner Kiel tonight.

 

Quinton Flowers has 326 yards passing this season.

 

I wonder how many first team reps Moore had last week?

That freshman has had more development by Cinci's coaching staff than any quarterback Taggart has tried to develop since arriving.

 

 

Agreed, he's a redshirt freshman who's had the benefit of sitting behind a former 5 star recruit who clearly has developed quite well. We have no such continuity. Perhaps if CWT had committed to White, we could have gotten somewhere. The kid had talent. WKU will get that benefit once Doughty leaves.

Memphis D does suck ass

It only sucks ass if you actually have a good vertical passing game. USF does not, therefore I expect to be routed by Memphis.

To a point, Cincy also had a few decent runs. But you are correct we will not be able to take advantage of their weakness.

Cincinnati only has a shot with Gunner Kiel. Their back up sucks, i say 37-34 Cincy if he plays, 31-20 memphis if he doesnt

Glad that you revisited that post by CaliBull.  From what we saw last night, his claim (Cincy backup sucks) was possibly the worst example of understating someone's talent we may see all season.  Amazing job by Hayden Moore last night.

Definitely a fun game to watch.  A lot of talent on both teams, but what jumped out at me was their efficiency in running their offenses - which is something foreign to USF football the last few years.
