Another sign of how low the football program has sunk. Fans who get excited when other offenses suck as bad as ours against a common opponent.

Happiness is a low level of expectation.

I can't remember the last feel good W.  A win where you left the game feeling good about the team and the direction of the program.  CWT has 7 wins and none fall in to that category.  So yes this fanbase has had it's proverbial teeth kicked in for the last 3-4 years so it's quite understandable the low level of expectations with the fans.  It's up to the coaches and players to raise that level of expectation.

we will know more about the offense and Flowers' ability after today. First 2 games went from one extreme to the other. Today is a more even matchup.

My biggest concern is the 3rd down.

I just want him to throw accurately enough to hit our receivers wherever they are on the field and have better than a 50% completion rate.

They mentioned that the BC QB is from St. Pete. How did Willie let him get away without even giving him an offer? 

 

The backup was a true Fr from St. Pete.  Think he mentioned Central Catholic or something like that.  And then 3rd man in was Flutie's nephew a Redshirt Fr.  Think the starter that got injured was a Soph.  Talk about a young stable of QBs.

While I have been critical of QF I don't think arm strength is something he is lacking. I would say he does indeed have a strong arm...

Maybe there is some confusion on having a strong arm and putting to much air under a throw.

You do realize that a decent ACC team BC while playing at home against FSU never crossed the FSU 39 yard line in the entire game against FSU'S defense and only crossed midfield twice. Also had less than 200 yards of offense. In other words they never even got into FG range the entire game. But don't let the fact that FSU has by far the best defense that we'll play all year cloud your judgement about QF and the offense. Mmmmkay.

If we are making comparisons, our defense must be 200% worse than BCs.
