It was a question, not criticism.  The map you posted explains why Orlando has such low population number I guess, that is basically no land mass.  But to get back to the original point, anything addressed to UCF or the businesses around it are addressed to Orlando.  It's Orlando.  If Oviedo is something clever than it is what it is I guess.
