Speaking of ads out of control, the recent Tapatalk update, 4.1.0, was a Bug fix of excessive ads. Hmmm

Okay, who had Slick bringing up Tapatalk in 10 posts or less on this thread?

Please...that's like taking Japan in the Little League World Series.

I haven't had any issues on my iPhone when I use the full site at all.

I use the full site for the functionality that tap talk didn't seem to have.

Tapatalk is for quickly reading and replying to posts, auto sorts which you've posted in, haven't read, are trending, etc.. I find it more organized, less cluttered and easier to type on mobile devices. The only function I don't see it doing is joining the chat room. I use it for a half dozen forums. Guess you just need to use it to get use to it.

It prompts you to put your phone down and use a computer

Because a box pops up to type in that you can see vs how on a browser, the box can be obscured due to position, if that makes sense. It's a narrower box that doesn't move in relation to the keyboard. It also now has Web View so I guess if there is something the webpage has you can access it that way in app. Edited by slick1ru2

I think I understand, and not being able to see what you're typing without constantly is annoying, but I still love me my TBP6 ..... if only it had easy to use smilies, though
