If Holtz was a success before he got here.  And he was a success after he left. . . . . . . . . . maybe the problem is/was on Fowler Ave.

 

More specifically, is/was buried somewhere just north of Fowler Ave.

@DerekTysonESPN: Sources: #OleMiss LB's coach Tom Allen has been offered and accepted #USF's defensive coordinator job. Official announcement later today.

@DerekTysonESPN: Think Tom Allen will be a great fit for #USF. Knows the Tampa area well and he's a high character guy which recruits will like.

Looks like we got our DC, Joey Knight tweeting out the same. Says Derek Tyson and Tom Allen are close friends so this info is legit.

I like it. What do we know about the style of defense he may prefer. Seems like a good local guy coming home deal and maybe another in on some local recruits.
