Yeah!! Balt Harbaugh has been around the USF program more since they are closer distance and Bucs played Ravens.

Oh I believe it. Taggart needs to grow a pair and own up to his performance, and commit to excellence in 2015. Take a remedial coaching class, I don't care, just learn the dm game. 

 

Lack of getting play call off in 2Q is inexcusable. 

 

I think it is extremely unlikely that he was calling for a spike on 4th down but if it is true he absolutely should own up to it. It will come out eventually and be a huge embarrasement for him personally. The only reason I even consider it might be true is that he has set such a bad example of taking ownership in his post game comments of late...
