A year and a half and all we have are 22TDs! Mind boggling

His worst year at WKU he had 32 TDs and he has 22 TDs in 18 games here.

We would have to score 21 TD over the last 6 games to equal his worst year at WKU

Does anyone see that happening? I don't

Cant speak to all the reasons and I don't want to blame that guy (Holtz) anymore.  We are scoring more than last year. We should probably end close to 30 touchdowns for the year. As can see Holtz's numbers were not that good either. I thought we were good offensively under him and my perception was wrong. We were average at best and he had B.J. Daniels. Without BJ Daniels in the last three games in 2012 there was only one offensive touchdown. The trend already started before Taggart got here.  So my prediction is:

2014: 30        Record: 7-6

2015: 37-40   Record 8-5

That's 19 TDs over the next 6 games for an average of just over 3 a game and we haven't scored more than 2 a game against an FBS opponent in his tenure and you have us going 5-2 including a bowl win.

Part of the five wins is a bowl game against an easy opponent. So its 4-2 the remainder of the regular season.  19 touchdowns over 7 games and with a weak bowl opponent 4-5 could come in that one game.   Then you have 14 TDs over 6 games which is approx. 2.33 touchdowns a game.  Based on current performance and the probability of improvement this is my prediction.
