Let's win some games, get to a P5 conference, build up some cash flow and then do some real exploring of the issue. Yep. Unless the P5 conference requests it as part of admission. Cant expect a P5 conference to look at us when we get 20K in a 65K stadium.

Why would that be a sudden requirement when it wasn't for the BCS conferences (Pitt, Temple, Miami)?

One of the other two newer FBS Florida schools became so cash strapped after building their stadium they couldn't afford to bring their cheerleaders to games. Alabama's cheerleaders felt so sorry for them they raised money so they could travel to that game. Who wants to see the athletic department become a charity case? I really hope some on here don't make corporate financial decisions or have access to credit or are politicians, lol.

So even the top schools with the huge stadiums filled with screaming fans and that "great atmosphere" doesn't help get wins.

Are you trying to say all P5 teams have a losing home record?

It's the experience of being on campus and tailgating in your old stomping grounds. A homecoming every game. How many alumni go to games and haven't stepped on campus in years. Are you trying to say all P5 teams have a losing home record? This season, adding all P5 home games up,it's under .500 so far. Not every team, but the P5 overall.
