We left early and it was because of me. I'll own it. I've only done that one other time and that was the UC game up there in 2012. It was too cold to sit and watch what was happening on the field, then.

I'm normally obsessively patient, supportive, and optimistic, to a fault according to my wife. Saturday, I had to leave. Though I know it shouldn't, for the first time, it started grating on me. I attribute it to too much sun, too much beer, and an early day for me, but Wooly makes a good point.

We're still dedicated, so we're not baling. We just got our tickets to Wisconsin. We're still going to Cincinnati. I'll support USF Athletics as long as they will let me, or until I can't afford it. We're already looking forward to Friday.
