That was my point. Phyllis was an employee, not a donor.

 

Don't get me wrong. I worked for her, and loved her dearly. My beef is the concept of honoring people by naming buidlings after them while still alive. Looks like I;m in a very small minority here. I'm used to that, LOL

I was there, about half an hour. Simple formula, SG Prez and Vice Prez spoke, Harlan, Taggart and a couple players. Cheerleaders, Sun Dolls, HOT, other teams were there walking around promoting their games (I saw Women's Soccer, Men's Soccer and Volleyball were out of town). 

 

Nothing that I would call news, but a fun little event to get students interested.

It was alright.  Nothing too terribly special.  Although this was one of the few times while I have been here that I saw the athletes interacting with students.  So it was refreshing.
