My favorite response ....

 

 

I simply asked because the wording on some of the releases said "former FSU commit, "once committed to FSU". Checking it out, it appears he decommitted from FSU back in March or April. I thought a flip was where a commited recruit changes his mind from one school to another immediately, with no "dead air" so to speak. This didn't fit that and I wondered if I had the concept wrong ....

Agree...I likely triggered the debate by not knowing the timing and referencing a "flip".  As noted above, this is simply a commit.  A **** good commit.

You triggered it in that you used the same term as the OP did so I wondered if maybe I had it wrong ...
