Our contingent of USF fans that experienced Auburn back in 2007 will not let this die. I think it's funny, and if this winds up catching on beyond those that are on this message board, it'd be hilarious.

It's not a particularly good or interesting story. Basically, it's someone trying too hard. You know how when you're at a Rays game and you think, "Cowbells are pretty dumb, why do we have those?" Same idea, only less popular.

I think war flamingo has been thrust upon us at the beginning of the last two or three seasons.  If it hasn't caught on by now ... it's not gonna.
