Tough call since all have no guarantees at QB, and arguably Tannehill is the best QB given those teams. Miami's o line is still suspect though. Browns lost their best receiver and unless they can convince Lebron to play tight end they're going to struggle. Bills D and Bucs D should be stout, but I think Bucs are more complete. I think their defense will be improved, and Tannehill has a few more options to throw to besides Hartline and Wallace. Brandon Gibson or Armon Binns can step up to be a solid #3 WR.
