The format of the tournament has changed through the years.

 

 

I ask because UCF has been to post-season but has had ZERO success...being eliminated each time and never making Super Regional.

 

There really wasn't a real defined criteria used ... and all the baseball programs in the state weren't included, so second worst wasn't entirely accurate either .... You spent way more time on your response than was really necessary.

The criteria being used was last regional appearance...I saw that nobody has compiled this data for the state of Florida and attempted to do it using admittedly amateur means...this board is meant to spark discussion and I was throwing in my two cents. I got the idea from a USF fan at a baseball game a few weeks ago who stated that USF was the worst baseball program in the state. I told him that I didn't think so and he asked the last time that USF had been to a regional...I didn't have anything to compare it to. So I attempted to make a comparison.
