The ones still here are obviously seniors. Of the 12 that are gone 7 left without exhausting their eligibility for 1 reason or another OR never made it on campus as a member of the team. http://southflorida.scout.com/a.z?s=359&p=9&c=8&toinid=707&sspid=-1&yr=2010 2011: 17 are still on the roster and 4 are gone. Of the 4 gone, 3 left without exhausting their eligibility for 1 reason or another OR never made it on campus as a member of the team. http://southflorida.scout.com/a.z?s=359&p=9&c=8&toinid=707&sspid=-1&yr=2011 2012: 10 are still on the roster and 9 are not. Of the 9 gone, 5 left without exhausting their eligibility for 1 reason or another OR never made it on campus as a member of the team. http://southflorida.scout.com/a.z?s=359&p=9&c=8&toinid=707&sspid=-1&yr=2012 2013: all 24 are still on the roster. http://southflorida.scout.com/a.z?s=359&p=9&c=8&toinid=707&sspid=-1&yr=2013

So CWT, in the midst of what every single person who has ever watched USF football is calling a QB problem, has brought in 2. Pretty much the same rate. In the 4 years before that, USF only signed 1 qb that has taken a snap in a game. There must be something in the water on campus ...

I don't know what makes you think AW would have stuck if Holtz had stayed.

Except I have the benefit of at least pointing to the fact that he was committed. You've just decided no one would ever sign with Holtz.

And had decommitted the first time WHILE Holtz was around. ..He was looking for bigger offers and IMO would have left anyways if any bigger offer (like UCLA) came in

A lot of his players came in low ranked.(1-3 stars) They left ranked higher then they came in. Holtz players never got better. For Taggart or any college coach to be successful, players must jump 2 spots better then they came in. Saban winning championship with players that's closer to NFL ready then any other program out there.

Fact is, he was committed into December when Holtz was canned. Had plenty of other offers on the table but didn't commit elsewhere.
