I know it looks like it's on a plane, but that's actually Woolard while watching USF play offense during one of its games this season. The real surprise is that the team held onto the ball long enough for anyone to fall asleep.

Nobody noteworthy. It is a USF fan (and if he's traveling with Woolard, I assume a sizable donor, but don't know for sure) named Joel Momberg. The image is from his blog, here: http://www.iwasbornveryyoung.com/2012/09/bulldozed.html

 

(I've never heard of the guy, I found the image using a reverse Google image search.)
