It really is unbelievable.  There are no trades or free agency in college football.  This will take time.

So, you're totally okay with what we're doing and the product on the field? Wow. And, when (especially on TBP) did it suddenly become illegal to criticize a coach? Plenty of people were calling for CJL's head when we were going bowling every year. That's impatience. Calling out a coach who (seemingly) can't playcall and (seemingly) can't get anything out of the players he's got is not impatience. And, okay, his first season ends in 1.5 games. It's basically in the books. We're dead team walking.

The penalties have not been nearly as bad so far as in other games. Haven't been penalized for illegal motion yet, iirc. We are still in this game, we are just down seven instead of four. We still would need a TD to go ahead, which we haven't yet proven we could do yet.

Major overreactions in this thread so far.

You know they moved the game over to ESPN right? I haven't seen more boneheaded penalties from any team not coached by Willie Tagart!

The offense can work. It is not much different than what UCF runs. You can't run a power offense with a 165lb back. You can't run much of anything else. This is the slowest team we have ever had.

Taggart has a lot to prove from now until February. That is where he needs to win back the fan base. If he can't land a couple of stud RBs and receivers he won't make it past year 3. There is very little talent on offense.
