I don't think they had room for him... he never visited there.

 

 

 

We were trying to pull JoJo for a while, but eventually we moved on to other kids.

 

Meanwhile, nobody in the community (yes, I'm talking about guys like Uncle Luke) raise a single Twitter post about how F$U is suddenly dumping long-time commits for higher ranked kids.  Yet if Luke gets a parking ticket on the UM campus, he will air out that dispute within 5 minutes of it happening.

 

Very...selective...outrage...

Thanks a great way to characterize, Cane.  FSU is sitting pretty now, and can take these short term approaches, but I suspect when the tides turn (and they always do), the coaches of kids spurned will remind his players of the risk they take of being bumped.  It's really prudent (unless you're a  high 4 or 5 star) to take all your OVs before commiting, and have your preferences lined up in case the rug is pulled out.

FSU may land the number 1,3 and 4th highest ranked WR's in this class... they can afford to be selective...

Maybe.  Or maybe FSU told these kids all along that they were plan B.  Since we only hear from the kids and not the schools, you are making huge assumptions about what really happened.

 

Sounds like mostly jealousy to me.

Excellent point.  So many times we'll see 3 star guys (i.e..good, but maybe not great) with "offer lists" that would make a 5 star proud.

 

We just don't know, and that's life.  The good news?  People who need to know, do know.  The rest of us follow with interest, till NSD is over.  Then, like after a long night of trick or treating, we lift thru the bags & see what goodies we got, and look at our siblings' bags to see what we DIDN'T get.

 

I'm looking forward to NSD, then focusing on the team we'll have in 2014.
