Looks like the Hogs took another WR from Miami.  Wonder if that affects him, to the good or bad.

 

Not sure we have a chance, but it would be nice to get a stud CB, especially with Durden gone (tho I think Robbins & Ward are going keep getting better, especially if they can put on some "good weight").

It looks like Robbins will have one of those corner positions for the next 3 years and Godwin will be a long term lock at one of the safety spots...it would be nice to have some depth and competition at those spots.

Childs played well late, leading our team with 3 INTs, I think I read.

Godwin is the next Nate Allen...maybe even better.

Ward can be a good CB, but will need to put on some weight, or he'll get handled by bigger WRs.

I forgot about Childs, but yes he seems like a ball hawk and of starter quality.

21 "experts" say Arkansas.  Guessing the only reason he's saying he's narrowing down is so he can get some time in the spotlight. 

 

Wonder why a 4 star is no longer committed to FSU.  Did they dump him, did he see no chance to play?

 

Either way, he's a Miami kid not going to Miami, so I wish him well.

It's weird.  He definitely burned some bridges, but kept some intact (BTW with Ice Harris, who was on his staff).  That's how Arkansas got Kirkland last year.

 

Look for Blandy to be promoted to Arkansas DC soon.
