How long does it have to be to count as an era? Is there a such thing as the Matt Floyd era?

Can we save the bickering for the 20 other threads? I think the point of this post was excitement for game day and to see a new qb lead USF. I don't know if he is the next winston but it is A CHANCE to head in a new direction. I will be tuned in with anticipation. 

As for as the era is concerned

It does not mean good or bad, just a definable period of time. So this is White's era for better or for worse.

And if he sucks like the others?

Lets be excited but no one has seen if he is good or bad yet act like he is the answer.

He is starting because the other QBs are really bad, not because he is a prodigy.
