His first HS start was on ESPN also.

 

Did he win?

 

I don't believe he has ever lost as a starter. could be wrong but they were undefeated his senior year and i don't believe he started as a junior.

And if he sucks like the others?

Lets be excited but no one has seen if he is good or bad yet act like he is the answer.

He is starting because the other QBs are really bad, not because he is a prodigy.

He's starting because the entire offense sucks donkey dong and Taggart is just throwing dung at the wall and hoping it sticks.

Hope the kid does well but unless he impresses its on with QBBC and another battle during spring and fall camp next year for the job.

he's certainly much closer to the answer.

 

Mr Football finalist

 

22-31 for 282 yards and 2 TDS with 0 picks in State finals game

 

25-29 for 329 yards and 2 TDs 0 ints in the game before the finals

 

he is the most accomplished QB at the high school level we have on the roster

I can't wait to see how Taggart's QB plays tonight! I am expecting mistakes, which is fine, but hopefully better than Eveld

I still mourn having to start him so early, would have like to see him get more time watching & practicing this year and come out strong next year. But it's here now, so I wish him the best and really hope he's the answer to some of our O-woes. Go BULLS!!
