I am starting to think that Holtz has some kind of curse on him. LA Tech had an INT for about 5 seconds before the fumbled it.

I noticed the same thing as when he was at USF, these kids are trying too hard and forgetting fundamentals and screwing up when things start to look good. It happens every time they start to do well, one player screws it all up.

LA Tech had the #1 offense in college football. This year, they can't score, although a lot of that offense is gone.

Anyway, not a Ohio St fan, but I was in marching band in high school and every time its this time of year, I like to check this video. They must practice as much as the football team to get this good.

In the 1970s the best marching band in the world was in little Largo, FL.   The Band of Gold was run by Robert Cotter and Joe Donahey and they earned their recognition with hours after hours of practice and hard work.  They competed with the best internationally and came home world champions.

Go Bulls!

Not in the slightest. .

Does anyone else find it much easier to watch Skip coach a team that isn't USF?

I was a Kiltie. 52 consecutive Superiors at the Florida Bandmasters Association District Marching Festival,  I believe that's the record. Of course when I was there it was in the 20s. During my time we were in the Macy's Day Parade, Rose Bowl and Orange Bowl parades.

WVU's commercial might be worse than ours.

La Tech ran the Air Raid last year. Skip prefers the Duck and Cover.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
