Very weak. "I don't see rivalry..." when both coaches, AD, conference commish, local and national media, untold fans from both schools as well as casual fans, etc., and even video game makers do. Generally the college world sees it whether USF fans with rosé colored or green and gold glasses do or not. No one thinks USF had a rivalry with FAU or FIU, it's unique to UCF. USF fans don't have nearly the level of hate for those two teams to make up a silly name for them. No one cares about if either of those two schools do anything 'better' than USF but if UCF does there is all kinds of fuss on this board about it, UCF has better OOC schedule, UCF sells more college gear, etc. UCF is now in our conference etc.. People sure do worry about that school and how it compares to USF an awful lot for it not to be a rivalry.

And some deny the evidence that the earth is round. IF USF loses to UCF this year,  guarantee it will be considered the worse in USF history. Don't you recall the people on this board saying that CWT needs to understand that if he loses to UCF he is gone? lol You don't have those kind of emotions about in conference non-rivals, the game is 'must win or its your job'.
