It's all speculation, at this point, but why hasn't anyone mentioned LaTech as a potential landing spot for D'Vo? He may like being the big fish in a smaller pond. He's also familiar with the kind of work ethic Holtz expects from his players. It seems like a logical assumption.

Moffett said USF's D'vario Montgomery does not intend to transfer to Louisiana Tech & Skip Holtz as WR Sterling Griffin has this summer.

Dunkley and Davis aren't about as fast as Montgomery?

They sure look it on the field though limited views of Momtgomery.

According to the limited (and possibly unreliable info) I found online, D'Vo ran 40 in 4.63, Dunkley in the low 4.4/high 4.3 range, and Davis 4.55.

That certainly suggests that we are not losing much speed with this x-fer, although he is undeniably talented.

Leave it to Greggers to get the scoop. Thanks, Vic.

It's a loss to the WR group but if you don't want to be here, we don't want you. Best of luck to him in the future but don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Hopkins will have to be the deep threat, agreed. Not that worried about speed of receivers, as Dunk, Welch and Dre can hold down the fort just fine. I'm more worried about a QB that can get them the ball.

A 5'5 deep threat? We're f'd...

LOL

Don't have to be big if you're 3 yards ahead of the defender, IF (and this is a BIG if), the QB can put the ball in the right place.

4 pages on a kid who had 65 yards of receiving last season and couldn't stay healthy. Also, was he the guy that stormed to the locker room last year during the last game... or was that Davis?

All success to the kid where ever he goes but I'm going to support the guys who didn't quit and want to be here.

Exactly right on all counts.

That was Marcus Shaw.
