I checked the status of mine (expected them today) on the UPS site and got a status of: An exception in the sorting process has occurred. UPS has taken corrective action. Which I think means that they f'd up and lost my tickets. Has this happened to anyone else? But I'm probably not going to use any of them. Starting this season you can use your smart phone to be scanned at the gate. I've already moved all my tickets to my passbook on my iPhone.
